Privacy policy

I respect your privacy and will not — under any circumstance — disclose any details about you to anyone, unless I am forced to by law. Your email address is safe with me too. I will not send newsletters, let alone spam. As a matter of fact you will not receive any email, unless you specifically request to receive it.

In order to improve the quality of the service, at least during the beta period and possibly beyond, I will track all instances of the app in the following ways:

Errors will be tracked with Hoptoad;
Performance and availability will be measured with New Relic.

I use Google Analytics to track visitors to this site (www.boxroomapp.com). Google Analytics has their own privacy overview in which they explain the use of cookies and how IP addresses are tracked. Note that your instance of the Boxroom application is not tracked by Google Analytics.
