Database size
You can choose between a database of 5 MB or 20 GB. Although Boxroom does not store much data,
with the 5 MB plan you will probably run out of space soon.
Note that this is the size of the database. Files are stored on Amazon S3, which has unlimited space.
Web processes
A web process handles a request by a user. If you have only one process available and a request takes time,
the next request will have to wait till the first one is done. If you have more processes available, requests
can be handled in parallel. In depth information about web processes

Max daily emails
Boxroom sends email when a user wants to reset his password or when files are shared. You can choose between
a maximum of 200 or a maximum of 20,000 emails per day.
Cache memory
Retrieving data from memory is much faster than retrieving it from a database. The more data is cached in memory
the faster the application. Read more about cache memory

SSL
All communication between the server and the user's browser goes over SSL. This means that the data is
encrypted and cannot be read by outsiders.
